We don't wait for approval to schedule production. We tentatively schedule each project immediately after receipt of order and closely monitor the progress of the approval stage so that this schedule is maintained to meet customer requirements.

Timely delivery of frames is critical in maintaining the construction schedule. So upon approval, every project, whether 700 doors or 25 doors, is scheduled for production in multiple smaller "batches" of work. These batches are often "mixed-model" frames (or doors) as defined by each project's individual needs such as the sequence of the building construction. This method gets the customer those frames needed first and usually in days rather than weeks. We build to the customer's needs, not our convenience.
